I work with real estate investors and investment entities to develop intelligent, profitable and tax-efficient solutions to the real estate investment challenges that they face in the acquisition, development, ownership and/or disposition of commercial real estate assets. I accomplish this by utilizing my expertise in real estate financial analysis, investment analysis and market analysis coupled with my knowledge and experience as an attorney. My knowledge and expertise in cost segregation analysis and section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges are used to structure the most tax-advantaged real estate transactions.

I, along with my investment partners, have acquired, rehabilitated/turned around and subsequently disposed of multi-family and suburban office park investment properties in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia markets. We have focused on the acquisition of value-add real estate investment opportunities as well as existing income-generating multi-family and office properties.

I have a passion for educating individuals in the business of real estate. My passion comes from my recognition that education can be the great equalizer that allows an individual, when coupled with the hard work that is necessary, to sprint past their competition. For nearly three decades I have provided commercial real estate education and training throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and Central America. During that time I have educated more than 10,000 individuals in the business of real estate.
